Cedar Run Wildlife Refuge Visits OFS

On Friday, May 11th an educator from Woodford Cedar Run Wildlife Refuge came with 3 owls and artifacts to share with the students. The kids were fascinated to hear the calls of the owls and the sounds of the wings. They also compared their wingspans with those of birds rescued at the refuge. We all love having interesting visitors at OFS and we love to do the visiting, too. Cedar Run is a great learning experience both at school and at the refuge.
